We are passionate about ensuring you have the option to stay independent in your home for longer and can also assist you with completing your paperwork to get your Home Care Package funding up and running. We can even manage these services for you on your behalf, giving you one less hassle to worry about!
Home Care Packages are designed to provide you with a more complex level of care. When you sign up with Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, you will be supported by our experienced Home Care Coordinator who who work with you to develop a care plan that best meets your needs while ensuring you are getting the most out of your package.
Under this model, we offer four different levels of support for Home Care Packages:
- Level 1 Home Care Package – to support people with basic care needs
- Level 2 Home Care Package – to support people with low level care needs
- Level 3 Home Care Package – to support people with intermediate care needs
- Level 4 Home Care Package – to support people with high care needs

Tidying outside areas General shopping
Collecting home deliveries
Picking up food from the shops
Caring for plants and pets
Dressing and personal grooming

Assistance with communicating
