What is Specialist Support Coordination?
Specialist Support Coordination is a time-limited, higher-level support provided by a qualified professional (such as a social worker, psychologist, or allied health clinician). It focuses on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in your support environment.

Our experienced Support Coordinators work alongside you to:
- Understand and make the most of your NDIS plan
- Coordinate multiple or complex supports (e.g., health, justice, child protection)
- Build your capacity to manage crises or transitions
- Develop a robust support network, including formal and informal supports
- Establish clear roles and communication between all services involved
- Navigate risk, safeguard supports, and promote stability
- Advocate for your needs and ensure your voice is heard
