- Personal hygiene (e.g., showering, grooming, oral care)
- Dressing and undressing
- Toileting and continence support
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Moving around the house or transferring (bed, chair, etc.)
- Medication assistance (prompting or administration as per care plan)
- Getting in and out of bed
- Help with morning and evening routines
- Assistance with safe use of equipment (hoists, walkers, etc.)
- Overnight and 24/7 supports if required
