What does Plan Management include?
As your NDIS Plan Manager, we support you by:
- Paying your NDIS invoices on time

- Helping you understand what’s claimable under your plan
- Providing monthly budget statements and updates
- Helping you access both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers
- Answering your questions about funding categories and services

Who can access Plan Management?
Anyone with ‘Improved Life Choices’ funding in their NDIS plan can access Plan Management at no cost to them. This funding is in addition to your supports—it doesn’t take away from other budgets.
You can request Plan Management:
- At your planning or plan review meeting
- By speaking with your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator
- If you’re self-managing now but want support with finances and provider payments
We work with participants of all ages, backgrounds, and support needs—and we’ll meet you where you’re at.
