What does Plan Management include?
As your NDIS Plan Manager, we support you by:
- Paying your NDIS invoices on time
- Keeping track of your spending and remaining budget
- Helping you understand what’s claimable under your plan
- Providing monthly budget statements and updates
- Helping you access both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers
- Answering your questions about funding categories and services
- Acting as a financial intermediary between you, your providers, and the NDIA
Our friendly Plan Management team makes your funding easy to understand and use—without limiting your freedom of choice.
Who can access Plan Management?
Anyone with ‘Improved Life Choices’ funding in their NDIS plan can access Plan Management at no cost to them. This funding is in addition to your supports—it doesn’t take away from other budgets.
You can request Plan Management:
- At your planning or plan review meeting
- By speaking with your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator
- If you're self-managing now but want support with finances and provider payments
- Want support that is flexible and respectful of their lifestyle
