Our experienced physiotherapists come to your home or community location to help with:

- Equipment prescription and reviews
Face-to-Face Occupational Therapy (Perth, WA)
In-person sessions with qualified OTs to support:
- Daily living and life skills
- Sensory processing and fine motor development
- Functional capacity assessments
- Home modification assessments
- Equipment prescription
Telehealth Therapy (Available Australia-wide)
Access our expert therapists from the comfort of your home—ideal for participants in rural, remote, or hard-to-reach areas.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and other providers to ensure therapy plans are practical, effective, and integrated into daily life.
Who can access this support?
Our Therapeutic Supports are suitable for NDIS participants who:
- Want to build or maintain mobility, independence, or daily living skills
- Need assessments to access equipment or environmental modifications
- Are managing a disability-related health condition
- Would benefit from regular therapy in person or via telehealth
- Require documentation or functional assessments for their NDIS plan
All supports are delivered by qualified, registered professionals with NDIS experience.

💡 Pricing is set according to the NDIS Price Guide 2024–25 and depends on the provider’s profession, the service mode (face-to-face or telehealth), and location.
Provider travel, non-face-to-face time, and report writing may also be claimable with participant consent.
